Goran Ferčec (* 1978 in Croatia) studied art history and polonistics and graduated in dramaturgy from the Academy of Theatre Arts in Zagreb. He is an editorial member of the performing arts magazine Frakcija in Zagreb and co-founder of the Dramatists’ Collective (dk) initiative, which organizes reading stages for dramatic texts by young Croatian authors. His scenic text PISMO HEINERU MULLERU (LETTER TO HEINER M.) was translated into German, English and Slovenian and performed at the Zagreb ZKM Youth Theater, directed by Bojan Djordjev. His novel OVDJE NEĆE BITI ČUDA (HERE THERE WILL BE NO MIRACLES) was published in 2011 by Fraktura, Zagreb.
