REGICIDES is the fourth production, developed in collaboration with the Dutch author Andreas Vonder. It is about famous assassinations and equally famous assassins that emerge as icons to the public. Improvisations, for which Vonder and director Frank Heuel assigned tasks, formed the basis for the scenes. In addition, documentary and biographical material was processed by and about the assassin.
Anger and sorrow caused by misunderstandings is the core theme of Dutch author Andreas Vonder who likes fast dialogues and enjoys tilting them into the absurd. His new play Königsmörder reveals no suspects. The offenders are known and punished. Their motives, though, remain unclear.
